Singing in my very first concert: Divas & Desserts, 2013.
$75 raised so far,
$25 to go!
Thank you for visiting my Sing-a-Thon fundraising page. I attended my first rehearsal of the Twin Cities Women's Choir on my birthday in 2013. I considered it a gift to myself, and I've enjoyed making music with the choir ever since.
I love the variety that we sing, from quirky songs like Banquet Fugue to standards like Can't Help Falling in Love. It makes singing in this choir an adventure, and I think it makes for a series of interesting performances for you!
On October 15th, members of our choir and some special guests will be singing all day to raise funds for the choir. Check out the home page for details and to watch the sing-a-thon. The Twin Cities Women’s Choir is committed to making the choral experience accessible to women of all economic backgrounds. The choir does not impose membership fees or require purchase of concert apparel. We receive some concert funding through grants, but we rely primarily on contributions from our own singers, community, and audience. While we're committed to being self-supporting, no one is ever turned away due to lack of financial resources. I hope you'll consider supporting us!
