Goal: $250

$145 raised so far,   $105 to go!

Thank you for visiting my Sing-a-Thon fundraising page. I'm happy to be a member of this community and I thank you for supporting us.

As many of you know, singing in the choir has been and continues to be a very important part of my life. Many times, I drag myself to rehearsal on Wednesday feeling exhausted or dispirited and I always leave feeling so much better! Being part of a group, breathing together, singing together, making something beautiful together is a powerful thing that, in so many ways, supports the voices of women in the world.

Since our inception, the Twin Cities Womenís Choir has welcomed women from all walks of life into this community. We aim to make beautiful music while building bridges among diverse communities with an emphasis on empowering the voices of women.

The Twin Cities Womenís Choir is committed to making the choral experience accessible to women of all economic backgrounds. The choir does not impose membership fees or require purchase of concert apparel. We receive some concert funding through grants, but we rely primarily on contributions from our own singers, community, and audience. While we're committed to being self-supporting, no one is ever turned away due to lack of financial resources.

Please help us continue this mission and support our organization with a donation. And then tune in to hear the sing-a-thon on Saturday, 10/15, or better yet, come to our next concert and hear us for yourself!
